Intellect Resource Management W.L.L. is a Management Consultancy firm established in 2013. Our company focuses on taking measures to contribute to and fostering knowledge creation, embracing innovative technology and support entrepreneurial activities. Our vision is to make a difference and establish ties with professionals who would like to develop themselves into significant leaders. Intellect Resources Management (IRM) capitalizes on the extensive experience of the owner / promoters in the field of capital market, banking and finance, management, property development and extensive network in the region to bring in credibility to its offerings. In this respect IRM aims to develop its own proprietary methodology of frameworks in training / coaching for leadership, innovative entrepreneurial programs and encouraging technology based initiatives by teaming up with world class providers / expert firms locally and internationally.

Objective

• Stimulate capacity-building and skill development within society by enhancing competencies of employees, assisting entrepreneurs / Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and academic institutions to improve performance, maximizing the impact of partnerships and networks and ensuring sustainable results in projects and program.
• Ensure greater participation of women in the Private Sector based on the principle of equal opportunities.
• Ensure greater representation of women in Senior Positions (Executive Positions and representation on Boards of Companies)
• Provide training, mentoring and counseling for career progression and leadership.
